Born in Louisiana and raised in Daytona Beach, FL. I've been an artist since I can remember. I always looked at drawing as a hobby, just something I did for fun. I would spend hours creating and drawing any ideas I had in my head. I never got a positive vibe from my dad when it came to the time I put into this hobby. He always expressed to me that the make-believe things I came up with would get me no where, that I should be drawing still lifes.  Similarly, video games have always been a hobby of mine like art was. I was just so fascinated about how they were made, what software was used, etc. Before I finished high school I decided I would change my career focus from anything art-related. I didn't think I could earn enough to provide for a family.

After my second semester at the University of South Florida I decided to try taking art classes again.   In the spring of 2004 I transfered from the University of South Florida to The Art Institute of Tampa to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Game Art & Design. So it came as a surprise that the things I had talent and a passion for could actually provide an income.

After graduating from The Art Institute of Tampa, I've been enjoying freelance work as an entreprenuer. My inspiration for pursuing a career in game development came from always thinking I could be the difference in something I didn't like in a game. I enjoy being extremely passionate about my work and love to learn.
